4.1 AI Setup Feature (Anthropic / Claude)

TASKinterval offers an optional, premium feature ("Set up my home") that turns a short description of your home and vehicles into suggested maintenance tasks you can review, edit, and save. This feature is user-initiated and optional — it appears as a skippable onboarding step and an opt-in button, and you can always add tasks manually instead.

5. Data Storage and Transfers

Your data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase operates infrastructure primarily in the United States.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom: data transfers to the United States are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided by Supabase's Data Processing Agreement.

RevenueCat and PostHog also process data in the United States under their respective DPAs and SCCs.

If you use the optional AI setup feature, the description you type is sent to Anthropic, a US-based provider, for processing. Transfers to Anthropic are made under the safeguards in Anthropic's commercial terms and Data Processing Addendum, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

7. Your Rights

All users:

EEA / UK users (GDPR):

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):

To exercise any of these rights: Email taskinterval@vraxni.com. We will respond within 30 days (CCPA) or one month (GDPR).

8. Children's Privacy

TASKinterval is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Push Notifications

TASKinterval may send you local push notifications reminding you when a maintenance task is due. These notifications are generated on-device and do not require us to send your data to a third-party push service. You can disable notifications at any time in your iOS Settings.

10. Third-Party SDKs and Apple's Privacy Manifest

TASKinterval includes the following third-party SDKs, each declared in our PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest:

Each SDK accesses only the data categories declared in our App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels.

The AI setup feature does not add a third-party SDK to the app: the call to Anthropic is made server-side from our Supabase Edge Function, not from the app, so it does not change the app's privacy manifest.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and notify you through the app if the changes are material. Your continued use of TASKinterval after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
